Hot topic Thursday on the blog with the total package. And we’ve got an interesting discourse today no doubt…. Now the narrative has always been that a guy should love his woman more. But that’s rarely the case these days as a lot of guys have raised contrasting views to this narrative saying when a man loves a woman more, she doesn’t appreciate it as much. For the guys…of course with references to their personal experiences, they say women clamour for love and care but when they find that kind of guy, they can’t handle it and become overly irritated by such attention.
On the other hand, the women seem to hold on to the narrative that when you show a man too much love and affection, he rubs it in your face and more often than not cheats on you… A really interesting convo and i decided we should all talk about this. Is that care even equal in a relationship? I’ve seen couples complain about this a lot, women especially. They complain their boyfriend doesn’t care about them and all that. They feel they put in too much into the relationship than their boyfriend does. So how would you address such?

I think its all abt d mindset n understanding. Not all men can go out of their way to be romantic but dat doesnt mean they dont care.. But then again most people just expect too much

😁😁😁 LOL… Well I believe Nigeria is the case study here. Certainly, caring is not material gifts but simply just being there for the one you love even when they think they don’t need you. It’s a genuine expression of sheer affection, empathy and support.
